Our Comfort Rooms are ideal for both couples and singles; comfort and simplicity characterize these rooms located between the first and second floors of our hotel. Furnished in a simple and functional Trentino style, the comfort rooms have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: flat-screen TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower. Available as double or twin rooms.
A deposit equal to 1/3 of the total stay is required.
Check-in: after 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Full board does not include lunch on the day of arrival.
For stays longer than 7 days, a discount of €15.00 is applied, and for stays longer than 10 days, a discount of €30.00 is applied.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 7 days before: 50% of the amount will be charged.
Up to 3 days before: 100% of the amount will be charged.
It is important to know before booking: Any deposits, advances, down payments, or any other prepayments made via bank transfer, when refundable, are always refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used at any time of the year except July, August, September, December, and January. In the case of a positive COVID diagnosis, the penalty still applies, but the refund is issued in the form of a voucher and not through cancellation.
Important Conditions to Know:
If the room is vacated after the check-out time (10:00 AM), the hotel may apply a penalty of 25% of the base room price and 100% if vacated after 11:30 AM.
For thefts and damages, penalties equal to the full amount of the stolen or damaged item and an additional 25% penalty will be applied.
Changes to meal plans (breakfast, half board, full board) may incur additional charges based on the cost of the meal.
Various costs are payable on-site or no later than 7 days after the check-out date.
Wellness Center:
The stay prices include access to the wellness center with the use of the pool during opening hours, saunas, Turkish bath, and heated waterbeds. Bathrobes and towels are provided by the hotel at the guest’s discretion.
NOTICE! For children under 16, access to the pool is allowed in the morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00/12:30 PM.
On Mondays during the autumn and spring months, the wellness center is closed.
